American rapper Montero Lamar Hill, better known as ‘Lil Nas X’, has shared a rare update on his health, telling fans he is in a much better place after spending several months focusing on his recovery.

The rapper revealed that he attended rehabilitation, underwent therapy and worked closely with a psychiatrist. He also spoke openly about being diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
