Nigerian singer and rapper Oludemilade Martin Alejolisten, best known as ‘Ycee’, has opened up about his absence from the music scene in recent years.

The Juice hitmaker spoke on the issue during a livestream with Carter Efe.

According to Ycee, he took a break from music to focus on personal growth. He said he spent time rediscovering himself before returning to the studio and the stage.

He said:

“I have been on the mountain. I went on a journey of self-discovery. But I am back.”
