Nigerian media personality and content creator, and wife to MC Mbakara, Lolo Mbakara, has reacted to reports of an alleged baby trafficking operation uncovered at ‘Eldona Clinic’ in Rivers State.

In a video shared online, she called on women who had used the facility, or knew anyone who had, to speak up. She urged them to come forward with any information that could assist ongoing investigations.IMG 2589

She said:

“To Nigerian women in Rivers State, if you have ever delivered in this clinic, please speak up and come forward now.”

Reacting to the allegations, she expressed shock and anger. She claimed the suspects preyed on vulnerable mothers, particularly women who had no relatives or support with them during childbirth.

“They are so wicked. They exchange babies. They have a dead embalmed baby they keep in the hospital, and when they see a mother who is alone, they prey on her. They exchange the baby, and after you have cried and gone home, they sell the living baby for 3 million naira,” she alleged.
