Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has strengthened its retail expansion drive with the inauguration of a new Comfort Centre in Lagos, as the company seeks to deepen customer engagement and broaden access to its range of comfort products.

Speaking at the inauguration, the Group Managing Director of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, Mr. Taiwo Adeniyi, described the Comfort Centre initiative as a key pillar of the company’s customer-focused retail and franchise growth strategy.

According to him, the centres are designed as interactive showrooms where customers can see, test and experience Vitafoam’s extensive range of mattresses, pillows, furniture and other comfort products before making purchasing decisions.

“This Comfort Centre reflects our commitment to making the Vitafoam experience more accessible to customers. It is not just a retail outlet; it is a place where customers can interact with our products, make informed choices and enjoy the quality that Vitafoam is known for,” Adeniyi said.

He noted that the Comfort Centre model has continued to improve customer confidence, enhance patronage and contribute to the company’s revenue growth by providing a more engaging retail experience.

Adeniyi added that the newly inaugurated centre is the product of years of collaboration with the franchise owners, reaffirming the company’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurs investing in the Vitafoam brand.

“We will continue to support franchise partners who share our vision of delivering comfort and value to Nigerians,” he said.

The Coordinator of the Adeniyi Jones Comfort Centre, Mr. Lawal, said the new facility would significantly improve customer satisfaction by providing a larger and more welcoming environment for product display and demonstration.

According to him, customers can now explore the company’s complete range of products under one roof, enabling them to make better-informed purchasing decisions based on comfort, quality and individual needs.

“Our goal is to give every customer the complete Vitafoam experience. This new Comfort Centre allows people to see, touch and test our products before buying, and we are confident it will deepen customer satisfaction and loyalty,” he said.

Lawal described the inauguration as the culmination of years of dedication, perseverance and a shared commitment to delivering quality products and excellent customer service.
