Parallex Bank has graduated a new cohort of trainees from its Limitless Banking Academy, an initiative designed to prepare young professionals for successful careers in the banking industry while equipping them to create lasting impact in their communities.

According to a statement from the bank, the graduation ceremony, held recently at the CIBN Bankers House, marked the successful completion of a six-month programme that combined technical knowledge, practical experience, and leadership development to prepare participants for the realities of modern banking.

Speaking at the event, the MD/CEO, Dr. Olufemi Bakre, congratulated the graduates on reaching an important milestone and encouraged them to embrace excellence, integrity, and continuous learning as they begin the next phase of their careers.

“At Parallex Bank, we believe that empowering young people is one of the most meaningful investments we can make.

By equipping them with the right skills and values, we are creating a ripple effect of innovation, leadership, and positive impact that will extend far beyond our organization,” he said.

The ceremony also featured a keynote address by Olufunmi Augosto, MD of IBFCAlliance Limited, who challenged the graduates to become intentional leaders capable of driving meaningful change.
