The police in Gombi divisional headquarters in Adamawa State in a joint operation with hunters have killed  two kidnappers at Ngalga village.

This followed a credible information on attack on one Musa Muhammed by five gunmen in the area.

Upon receipt of information, the police swiftly swung into action, visited the crime scene and were able to trace the suspects to their hideout in a mountainous area at Ngalga village.

“Upon citing our men, the suspects engaged them in a gun duel, two of the suspects were neutralized and one Ak-47 rifle was recovered,” police said yesterday.
