I’ve Solution To Abia’s Dev’t Crisis – ADC Guber Candidate

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Abia State, Bishop Sunday Ndukwe Onuoha has said he has the panacea for the rapid development of the state.

Onuoha stated this at the official unveiling of the state ADC Campaign Council and handing over of flags to the candidates at Ibeku High School in Umuahia, the state capital, yesterday.

He said if elected, he would continue with what he has been doing successfully as a private citizen as an educationist, technocrat, and entrepreneur with his background as a minister to improve the lot of the state.

The president of Vision Africa International and Methodist Church of Nigeria minister noted that with his international connections, he has the capacity to attract the needed foreign interventions to develop the state.

He explained that the trust of his administration would be on security, agriculture, education, health, infrastructure and industrialization adding that indegens of the state in the Diaspora have also indicated interest in his candidacy.

Handing over the flags to the candidates, the national vice chairman of the ADC in charge of electoral matters, High Chief Anayo Arinze, urged them to work hard to ensure victory for the party.

He appealed to members of the party and their supporters to disregard negative media reports about the ADC, adding that whatever crisis it was passing through, it was bound to remain united.

In his address earlier, the director general of the council, Prince Okwara Agwu said “every member of the ADC has equal hand behind our success because only by working together can one succeed”.

“We must always do our best to take our dear party regardless of every issue or issues as it is peculiar with political and political parties in this part of the world”, he noted further.”

Similarly, the director general of Abia North Political Project and the chairman, Abia North Consensus Screening Committee, Dr. Nnate Uduma, reaffirmed their endorsement of the bishop.

According to the ADC candidate for Isuikwuato state constituency, Barr Emerson Azubuike, the ADC has been ordained by God to deliver the state from what he discribed as “Peoples Democratic Party misrule in the state”.
