The chief operating officer, Sterling Biopharma Limited, Mr. Adebayo Adepoju, has warned that there could be cardiac arrest in the process when the needed blood is not available, saying the heart needs the blood to pump.

Adepoju who disclosed this, while speaking to LEADERSHIP at the official launch of Fejeron Blood Tonic in Lagos, said blood is like putting oil in the engine of a vehicle. “If it is lower than it should be, it could lead to weakness. Low blood count is one of the reasons why people are collapsing on the road or in the car,” he explained.

He identified some natural ways of boosting  blood in the body such as the consumption of  fruits and vegetables, but quickly warned that many of them are grown with different chemicals, making people to lose the natural benefits. “Meanwhile, there are cheaper and safer ways of getting the same blood, that is why Fejeron, a blood tonic was launched,” he added.

The COO said the nature of stress and fatigue that Nigerians encounter on a daily basis requires that their physical and mental wellbeing is well supported to function at its best and that was why Fejeron Blood Tonic is uniquely formulated for everyone regardless of age or gender.

Adepoju disclosed that Fejeron Blood Tonic contains iron, Vitamin B12 and folic acid, all essential components that help to facilitate adequate blood supply and replenishment to the body with vital vitamins, while enabling a strong immune system.
