LEADERSHIP Weekend gathered that the two persons were identified as one Ogbo from Umuorji in Amaenu community while the other was yet to be identified.

An eyewitness who spoke with LEADERSHIP Weekend on grounds of anonymity said that the incident occurred at about 12am adding that the hoodlums invaded the community and shot indescribably at the vigilantes.

Another Eyewitness who pleaded anonymity explained that the vigilante operatives were attacked at their security post in the early hours of the day.

The eyewitness said the man had been taken to the hospital while the remains of the dead ones were evacuated to the mortuary.
