Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju, Lagos, Jimmy Odukoya, introduced his new wife, Mo Odukoya, to the congregation during Sunday service on November 1, 2026.
The introduction comes days after the cleric sparked speculation on social media with a photograph of two hands wearing rings, captioned “To New Beginnings.”
Addressing the congregation, Odukoya disclosed that he had remained single since assuming leadership of the church following the death of his father, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, in 2023, but had now decided to remarry.
Pastor Tunde Bakare of The Citadel Global Community Church, who officiated the marriage blessing in the United States, also introduced details about the new bride.
Bakare disclosed that Mo is the daughter of Reverend Theophilus and Bolaji Daniel, adding that she would be known as Pastor Mo Odukoya.
The development has drawn reactions from social media users, many of whom had earlier speculated about the meaning of Odukoya’s post, with followers now congratulating the couple on their marriage.
Jimmy Odukoya, who is also a Nollywood actor, was previously married to Kemi Odukoya, with whom he has children.
He succeeded his late father as senior pastor of The Fountain of Life Church in 2023, following Pastor Taiwo Odukoya’s death on August 7, 2023.
