BREAKING: Supreme Court Faults Naira Redesign Policy, Declares Old Notes Valid Till Dec

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has faulted the Naira Redesign policy introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) even as it declared its implementation invalid.

The apex court made the declaration on Friday while delivering judgment in a suit instituted by three States of the federation against the Federal Government on the policy.
