In Delta South, George Timinimi of All Progressives Grand Alliance, (APGA) is challenging the election of Hon Joe Onowakpor as senator-elect.

“They have 21 days to file petitions. The day start counting from the day the result of the election is announced and the winner declared. Winner was declared 22nd March, 2023, so add 21 days to it. May be that is why those aggrieved are not in a hurry to submit petitions except motions,” she stated.
