A Socialite, Hawa Magaji Hosts Private Screening of Dating Show, What Will People Say

Northern Belle and Socialite, Hauwa Magaji recently hosted a private viewing of Africa Magic’s dating show ‘What Will People Say’.

The show is an in-studio blind date show where the studio audience gets the last word on who out of six hopefuls wins a date with an eligible single man or woman known as the seeker. Each episode, the best versions of the six admirers will be presented to the seeker. The audience and the seeker votes in each segment until all six admirers are whittled down to the last person standing.

At the premiere, Magaji dazzling in a pink and black corset dress played host and matchmaker for seeker Nuel who hopes to meet his other half in one of the six female admirers.

Speaking of the experience, she said, “I doubted myself so much and had so much anxiety about hosting the show. I had wanted to do this for so long and I didn’t know what to do after getting it. it was either the world sees me as a good host or a terrible one, and that scared me.”

Praises on her success from the show’s directors and producers was the exact confident booster she needed to reassure her that she was on the right path.

The 14 episodes show will air every Fridays, and repeats on Tuesday at the Africa Magic channels on DSTV.
