Governor AbdulRazaq commended the speaker for his patriotic leadership of the House and mature handling of legislative business and all issues of public interest.

The president of Ilorin Emirate Descendant Progressive Union (IEDPU), Alhaji AbdulMumin AbdulMalik, described the speaker, who turned 39 on Friday, as a hardworking, humble, and outstanding parliamentarian who deserves to be celebrated.

He urged Danladi-Salihu to continue to serve the people of the state and humanity with patriotism and selflessness, saying that the sky would be his starting point.

Other personalities who poured encomiums on the speaker include the minister of state for youths development, Hon Ayodele Olawande, National Assembly members from Kwara State, political office holders, and party chieftains.

They all hailed the speaker’s humility, bridge-building ability, and a sense of purpose.

The committee of friends who organised a special prayer to mark the speaker’s birthday also donated food items to orphanage homes as part of the celebration.

The prayer session was led by Alfa Taiye and Kehinde Agbaji and Imam Ajibesin.

The clerics prayed for the success of the administration of Governor AbdulRazaq.
