The boards and the chairmen are Homeland Security, Nnorom; Electricity Advisory Council, Sam Amadi and the Umuahia Capital Development Authority, Emeka Uwakolam.

Others are Medicines and Commodities Management Agency, Victor Amuta; Greater Aba Development Authority, John Udeagbala and SME Micro-finance Bank, Friday Eluwa.

Inaugurating the boards in Umuahia, the state capital, Governor Alex Otti explained that the government was intentional in the choices of their compositions.

He informed that some of the appointees are neither from the state nor the Southeast saying that his administration doesn’t discriminate when it comes to searching for the best.

“We don’t discriminate. We seek value wherever we can find it. If you live here, if you have something to contribute, we welcome you with open arms.
