Abialam First Highlife Music Album Top Hit #19 On Apple Music Top 100 Chart

Abialam, the latest album of Kabaka and His Oriental International Brothers is the first African Highlife music album to make the Apple Music Top 100 Chart Worldwide list.

The album hit #50 less than 24 hours after it release, went up to #19 as of September 18, 2023, and settled at #50 as of September 22, 2023.

Speaking of the achievement, singer, Godwin ‘Kabaka’ Opara said, “It’s an honour to represent highlife music on a global stage and make history with this album.

Abialam has further garnered critical acclaim from music critics who lauded the album’s rich instrumentation, lyrical depth and innovative sound.
