An indigenous real estate firm, Sanan Real Homes Ltd, has said that it will be targeting a total of 500 housing units in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja to bridge the housing deficit.

Head of Public Relations, Yunusa Saidu Adams announced this in a statement shared with journalists in Abuja yesterday.

Yunusa said the company has outlined an ambitious goal of constructing over 500 affordable housing units across the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja

He noted that addressing housing insufficiency necessitates a collective effort, encompassing a consideration for the welfare of the different class segments of society.

According to him,the firm had a remarkable portfolio of developments and constructions spanning numerous locales within Abuja.

Currently, the company is rapidly advancing its construction activities in key areas such as Katampe Extension, Katampe, Guzape, Maitama 2, Kukwaba, Mabushi, and Gaduwa.

“This extensive geographic coverage is a testament to the company’s commitment to making quality housing accessible throughout the city.

“Beyond the tangible outcome of improved housing, this initiative also serves as a significant source of employment for the Nigerian populace.

“This empathetic perspective is reflected in the treatment of employees, who are not merely seen as workers but as an extended family. The founder’s prayers for their upliftment and empowerment to assist others they encounter exemplify a compassionate leadership style.

“Its commitment to eradicating the housing deficit by crafting over 500 housing units, attests to its dedication to societal well-being. By blending architectural innovation with socio-economic inclusivity, the company not only constructs structures but also cultivates opportunities, both for shelter and for meaningful employment.
