The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Abia State in the 2023 election also congratulated President Bola Tinubu on the court’s affirmation of his victory.

Emenike, who praised the court for using the facts and not emotions in arriving at the verdict, said; “The judiciary has spoken and people should fall in line. The justices of the Supreme Court followed the law. They were able to set this landmark judgement based on the facts before them and not on emotions.

“There are laws guiding the electoral process in Nigeria, and the justices gave substantial judgement which will stand the test of time.”

He commended President Bola Tinubu for the courage, tolerance and nerve he displayed all through the legal battles.
