An activist and social crusader, Hon. Paul Amadi has appealed to Nigerians to vote for the Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi/Yusuff Datti in the 2023 election.
Amadi who made the call while interacting with some news men on phone, urged all Nigerians, Muslims and Christians, to place Tinubu, Atiku and Obi’s names on their altars and genuinely ask God to pick the less sinner and see who God would appoint for Nigeria.
He said, “This is the greatest test of who is best suited to be Nigeria president. We have been our worst enemies for decades, choosing leaders who fail us.
“I made the same mistake in the past. Now I live with regrets as I witness the disaster that mistake has brought to the country. I urge you all to depart from ethnic and religious bigotry and compensation, and vote for true change in your lives. The kind of change that would suffer and die for many years to come, period.”
The labour chieftain also said he has waited for Obi’s opponents and enemies to dig out anything substantive in terms of corruption or moral turpitude against him for all these years Obi has been in politics, but none ever come except fabrications that have been clearly debunked.

“This is one in millions and a necessary role model worthy of emulation and reward. I have cried and yearned for a time we would return to our moral high ground for the very good of Nigeria, and I am very convinced that God has sent a man in whom there is no guide to us, to pave the way for our political and economic salvation.

He argued that the skeletons in the cupboards of Obi’s rival candidates “would scare even the devil.”

He said no person or nation seeking redemption would continue worshipping idols, which he calls other presidential candidates, saying that voting for Obi and Datti is going to be huge and transparent sign and evidence that we as Nigerians have realised and repented from our misconducts and immoral ways, seeking a new path to a new nation where corruption and bribery are no longer accepted and putting our nation first before our selfish individual needs, the Honorable argued.

“Let this moment be our awakening. God has given us all the resources to be great, but evidently, there are those who are constantly sabotaging the lives of millions for their own gains. Let God and man know that virtue is a great thing to have. Character is what builds up a nation and we all have seen who has these and who doesn’t. Obi would turn this collapsing nation. The international community is watching. They are to return their foreign businesses to Nigeria if Obi wins,” he concluded.
