Adamawa Dissolves Investment Company Board, Management

The Adamawa State government has dissolved the Board and Management of the State Investment and Property Development Company Limited.

Following the dissolution, the governor, Rt. Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has approved that the Executive Secretary Adamawa Investment Promotion Development Agency Halilu Malabu, to oversee the company pending the appointment of a new board and management.

Governor Fintiri also directed the Board to hand over to the caretaker who would exercise the functions of the board until it is reconstituted.
