Adozillion Real Estate Unveils Monte Carlo City Lagos

Adozillion Real Estate has unveiled Monte Carlo City Lagos to bring nature, exciting world experiences, and luxury into one estate.

Speaking at the Unveiling Ceremony in Lagos on Tuesday, the Chief Executive Officer, Adozillion homes, Dr. Simon Adozi, described Monte Carlo as a city of glitz and glamour.

The estate, which is located in Epe, Lagos, is eco-friendly estate as it is immersed in an entirely green environment.

Adozi said, “Monte Carlo Lagos is sandwiched in close proximity to advanced modern development and private corporations, including the proposed Lekki Epe International Airport, among others.

“Facilities in this estate are carefully created and curated to surpass the needs and expectations of residents and business entities. Some of the facilities the estate features are themed building hubs, Arcade Centres, resort beach house, hotels apartments, marine bay, and many others.

“It is equally equipped with top-notch round the clock smart securities, solar power energy, paved roads, treated and constant water supply, modern drainages, etc.

Adozi stated that about 50% of the Monte Carlo City is expected to be fully built by 2025 while urging Nigerians to take advantage and key into the project.

He said following the brand’s vision to be the leading real estate solution company of choice with unmatched focus on customer satisfaction, the company had set a pre launch price of N7.5m, N15m, N25m and N50m for 150Sqm, 300Sqm, 500Sqm and 1000Sqm, respectively.

According to him, this is a big opportunity for Nigerians to become property owners as the company has developed a payment plan which spreads across 12 months.

“Each property has its title as the Governors consent.
We are set to begin the construction of Monte Carlo in ernest very soon with lands continuously allocated to owners accordingly,” Adozi stated.

He emphasized that the company was bringing the track record of timely and quality delivery recorded at the Mufasa Apartments in Ikate to bear in the Monte Carlo Lagos project.
