Advertising Firm Appoints Ogunbambo As COO

An advertising Powerhouse and member of Redefini and global Publicis Groupe, Insight Publicis, has appointed Dolapo Ogunbambo as its substantive chief operating officer(COO) effective January 2024.

With nearly two decades of vast industry experience and an illustrious track record in marketing communications and business strategy, Dolapo Ogunbambo has been an invaluable asset to Insight Publicis since joining the organisation in January 2022. He has played a pivotal role in the company’s success, driving transformative strategies and spearheading significant initiatives that have bolstered Insight Publicis’ growth and market standing.

Having previously served as the Business director, Dolapo’s exceptional leadership qualities and unwavering commitment to excellence led to his interim promotion as Acting General manager/chief operating officer(COO) in October 2023.

During this tenure, his exceptional performance has stabilised and propelled Insight Publicis towards greater profitability, earning him recognition as the ideal candidate for the substantive role.

Group chief executive officer at Redefini, Tayo Oyedeji, expressing  utmost confidence in Dolapo’s capabilities, stated that, “Dolapo’s promotion to the role of Chief Operating Officer signifies our unwavering commitment to fostering exceptional talent within our organisation. Dolapo Ogunbambo’s journey includes a wealth of academic achievements, notably a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan, a Masters in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos, and an alumnus status at the prestigious Lagos Business School.
