Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that the registration for Direct Entry has been extended till a later date.

The board announced the extension in a post on its X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday.

It said, “Direct Entry registration would not be closing today. The Board is aware of the fact that all through the UTME exercise its offices were closed for DE registration.

“As such it would avail candidates the opportunity to utilise those lost days.”

JAMB had announced the commencement of the registration of the 2024 Direct Entry from Feb. 28 to March 28.

The board also extended the exercise by two weeks, bringing the closing date for the registration to April 11, due to some factors.
