The lead partner, Team Inspire Leadership Institute, Abuja, Terver Felix Abor, has congratulated Benue State governor-elect, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, on his recent victory in the state’s gubernatorial election.
In a statement in Abuja yesterday, Abor said
the Team Inspire Leadership Institute had assessed his victory from the primary elections to the last point and one would clearly say the will of Benue masses was indeed expressed by their voting.
He said Alia’s acceptance speech had renewed the hope of Benue people the poor farmer in Sankera, the palm wine tapper in Otukpa, the petty trader at Abinsi, the rice farmer in Gwer-West, and the artisan in Gboko, through this election, have a new dawn in Benue, a new dawn of equal opportunity and shared prosperity.
The statement said; “The masses have confidence in you and voted you as well, Benue people also have trust that your government will compliment the lapses of the out-going administration.
“We have seen our Taraku mill with her sister companies smiling to come back in full operations, the litanies of memoranda of understanding signed with local and foreign investor are patiently waiting for your swearing in comes May 29, 2023.
The ministry of sports and youths development is not left out, BCC Lions Football Club of Gboko and Nyama Atsogh football club of Abwa Mbagen have started calling talented football players for trials just because of your victory in the just concluded governorship elections.
“Education sector in Benue will not wallow in shambles. IDP camps will soon be like grave yards and IDPs will once more enjoy their ancestral lands as rightly captured in your acceptance speech.
“Peace and security are in top gear as the state did not doubt your sense of judgment in carrying out your security architecture for the unity of purpose which is non negotiable for the state.
As the good people of Benue State await to see the implementations of the salary backlogs, pensions, and gratuity is a hope of prosperous Benue.”
