Me, I just wait until it says everything and adds, ‘to speak to an agent dial 20.’ I did that and waited endlessly on the line. Kai, this is so unfair. Just when I thought someone would answer, that annoying automated voice comes up and tells me to wait some more and that all agents are busy.

Goodness, what is this? After almost thirty minutes (yes, I had the credit to spare and was ready for them) it seemed someone would answer, when all of a sudden, the call was disconnected!! Like seriously?? Spending thirty whole minutes in the queue, waiting for an agent that never came?? And what’s more annoying is that this problem was not caused by me, it was caused by the banking system.
