Alleged Assault: Seun Kuti Appears In Court For Trial

Less than 24 hours after Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti, was released from Police custody, he has appeared at the Magistrates Court, Yaba, on Wednesday, for the continuation of his trial over alleged assault on a Police officer.

Seun was in company of his wife as well as his lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN.

LEADERSHIP reports that the musician left Police facility in Panti on Tuesday night after fulfilling his bail terms.

His trial earlier slated for Tuesday was adjourned to Wednesday following the absence of Justice Adeola Olatubosun of the Chief Magistrates Court in Yaba, Lagos State.
