The leadership of the West Africa Youth Council (WAYC), has honoured Amb. Kelvin Obioha, a Pan African Serial Entrepreneur and CEO of Biitizer Technology Limited with an award of Youth Ambassador.
The chairman, West Africa (ECOWAS) Youth Council, Amb. William Seun, who presented the plaque on behalf of the organisation, said the recipient was being recognised for his commitment to youth development, empowerment, business and economic development in Nigeria.
“We are gathered here to celebrate an achiever, for his dedication to duty, industry and to honour and encourage a youth leader, apostle of positive change and a young personality who is being honoured as a Youth Ambassador,’’ he said.
William said Amb. Kelvin Obioha has touched lives in Nigeria by taking youths off the streets through empowerment with some of them now as employers of labour through his New Mind Initiative.
He said Amb. Kelvin Obioha is a nation builder and peace promoter, whose positive contributions to the lives of youths attracted the Ambassadorial award from ECOWAS Youth Council.
Seun urged him to continue the good works so that other youths will emulate him.
The recipient promised to do more for the youth, explaining his major interest in raising productive young entrepreneurs in Africa even as he thanked WAYC for the award.
