The Ambassador-at-Large to the African Region, International Human Rights Commission, Dr. Malami Shehu Ma’aji,
has congratulated the Etsu Nupe and chairman, Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, on his 20th year on the throne and his 71st birthday.
In a congratulatory message, he
commended the Etsu for his commitment unity and peaceful co-existence.
