Amobi Foundation Flags Off N3m Education Empowerment For Imo Students

The Ebuka Amobi Foundation has flagged off N3 million education empowerment initiative for Imo State students.

The director of the project, Ambassador Kennedy Asuzu, disclosed this to newsmen in Owerri, yesterday.

He said the Ebuka Amobi Foundation had flagged off N3million education empowerment initiative for all students in Imo State.

“The Quiz Competition is the education empowerment initiative of the Ebuka Amobi foundation aimed at supporting students in education. Registration is still ongoing. It’s open to all schools. The registration ends 14th October. It is going to be an annual event moving forward,” he added.

On the reason for the education empowerment, he emphasised that it was targeted “To Promote academic excellence and encourage students to strive for academic achievement. Empower Imo State students. To provide opportunity for students to showcase talents as well as build self esteem among students. Also it will encourage a healthy competition among students.”
