Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the National Convener and facilitator of Renewed Hope for Greater Nigeria (RHGN), Hon. Calistus Anyanwu has called on all pro- Bola Tinubu groups to synergise, speak and work together across the 774 local governments of Nigeria.

Anyanwu made the disclosure during what he described as a strategic meeting with Director-General of the Tinubu Support Group (TSG), Dr. Umar Tanko Yakassai, in Abuja at the weekend.

Anyanwu stated that RHGN’s approach was not merely a ceremonial support group content with press releases and photo opportunities, but a results-driven political movement with structures, strategies, and the will to execute them.

He described the group’s nationwide inauguration drive as a deliberate effort to build an enduring grassroots architecture capable of delivering votes, mobilize public opinion, and sustain the conversation about the Tinubu administration’s vision for a greater Nigeria long before election season officially begins.

The RHGN boss said the group had been systematically educating Nigerians on the bold programs and far-reaching policies of the President Bola Tinubu’s administration, and committed to address demystification of reforms, counter disinformation, and to amplify government achievements at all community levels.

Anyanwu who gave an account of the group’s activities since its inauguration, said Renewed Hope for Greater Nigeria group is not wasting time but strategically going to the nooks and crannies of Nigeria, preaching Tinubu’s policies.

He said “let us all unite, all the groups working for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu. Let us begin to synergise, speak with one voice, move with one purpose, and leave no ward, local government, or state unattended in the run-up to 2027.

On his part, the Director-General of the Tinubu Support Group (TSG), Dr. Umar Tanko Yakassai said he was impressed by the scope and depth of RHGN’s activities, and commended them, saying their initiatives as not just wonderful but timely and strategically vital.

The TSG Director-General stressed that President Tinubu had provided transformative leadership for Nigeria, steered the country through difficult but necessary reforms with a steady hand and a long-term vision that, saying it is already beginning to yield dividends for ordinary Nigerians across the federation.

He supported the call for synchronised messages by all pro-Tinubu groups, and urged them to speak with one voice, and leave no ward, local government, or state unattended in the run-up to 2027.

A chieftain of RHGN in Imo State, Mazi Franklin Ngoforo, disclosed that in Imo State, the group has built a formidable and battle-ready structure following the group’s recent inauguration in the state.

He said the group’s relentless grassroots mobilization had not only embedded RHGN deeply into the South-East political conversation but also demonstrated the group’s capacity to thrive even in complex political terrain, a development that has drawn admiration from party stakeholders and political observers alike.

Anyanwu said that the forces aligned behind President Tinubu’s 2027 ambition are organizing early, organizing smart, and organizing with intent, saying they are more committed than ever to the Renewed Hope Agenda, a movement they believe will carry Nigeria, and their candidate, to a historic second term.
