UNILORIN To Purchase 100 Electric Vehicles

A chairmanship aspirant in Owerri West local government area of Imo State, Chief Victor Osuji, slumped and died yesterday.

Osuji, the owner of Baba Ukwu Electronics in Owerri, had joined the race for chairman under the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He slumped in his house and was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
He hailed from Umuoma Nekede in the Owerri West local government area.
A former state chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, Chief Fidel Onyeneke, a close friend of the late businessman, described his death as shocking as there was no warning sign.

Onyeneke prayed God to grant Osuji rest and strengthen the family he left behind.

Many people have taken to social media handles to mourn Osuji whom they described as a successful businessman.
