Kebbi Council of Yoruba Youth Professionals (KCYYP), based in Birnin Kebbi in Kebbi State, has reaffirmed its unflinching loyalty, support, and absolute dedication to Governor Nasir Idris’ administration.

At a news conference yesterday held at the KCYYP headquarters along army barracks in Birnin Kebbi metropolis, the convener of the Council in Kebbi State, Comrade Olaoluwa Oyewole, said the council was in total support of Nasir Idris because he understands the needs of his people. He is doing his best to bring meaningful progress and development to Kebbi State.

While appreciating what the governor did on behalf of the people, Comrade Oyewole reminded the governor of his promise to carry the Yoruba APC Youths Council along in his administration based on the council’s unflinching support during campaign and election periods.

Comrade Oyewole, however, disassociated his council from the ongoing nationwide protests, noting that KCYYP in Kebbi State condemned the current #endbadgovernance protest in the state and other parts of the country in totality.

The council called on the protesters to shield their swords as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris are on the path to addressing the challenges faced by the state and the country.
