The statement noted that the final documentation exercise for successful candidates will be held in Abuja at the Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau Conference Center, which is located at the headquarters of the Nigerian Correctional aService (NCoS), from December 9 to 21, 2024.

According to the statement, “Candidates who applied for the FFS recruitment can now visit the Board’s portal at cdcfib.career from Monday, December 9, 2024, to check their status and print their invitation letters.

“The final documentation process for successful candidates will take place at the Lt. Gen. “The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board wishes to notify candidates who applied for recruitment into the Federal Fire Service (FFS) to visit the Board’s portal at cdcfib.career from Monday 9th December 2024, to check if they were successful in the final stage of the recruitment exercise and proceed to print their invitation letter,” the statement read in part.

“Applicants are expected to appear in white tops and shorts as well as come along with originals and photocopies of their credentials. They are also to ensure that they appear on the date indicated on their invitation letter and follow the information contained therein strictly,” the statement added.

LEADERSHIP recalls that the development comes after multiple missed deadlines, including promises to complete the recruitment process by June and September this year, which were not fulfilled.
