ATBU Inducts 591 Engineering Students

Vice chancellor of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, Prof. Mohammed Sani Kunya, has pledged commitment to graduate students that will compete favourably with their peers globally.

He spoke through a representative at the second induction of 591 students of the Faculty of Engineering and Engineering Technology at the Yelwa campus of the university in Bauchi yesterday.

Prof. Kunya who was represented by the dean, students affairs, Professor Sa’idu Umar Yusuf, congratulated the inductees and tasked them to be good ambassadors of the institution, while wishing them success in their future endeavors.

The dean, faculty of engineering and engineering technology, Prof. Sulaiman Dodo, said the inductees underwent the required training and good moral conduct to be certified as engineers.
