ATCO Homes, a fast-rising real estate firm, has been recognised for its innovative residential development and construction standards. The firm received two notable awards – International Property and Standards Excellence Award by the World Quality Alliance (WQA) and the International Property Award (IPA), on October 14 and 19, 2023, in Abuja and Dubai, respectively.

The IPA is a world-renowned mark of excellence. It celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. The presentation ceremony is held annually in the United Arab Emirates.

The WQA Standards Excellence Awards recognise the commitment of local businesses to achieving and upholding standards that align with the quality prescriptions of the International Standards Organisation (ISO).

The award is held to commemorate the annual World Standards Day.

The winners of the IPA and the WQA awards are selected by an independent panel of judges after thorough scrutinies have been carried out. The IPA is chaired by Lord Waverly and Lord Best: two independent members of the United Kingdom’s House of Lords.

Manager of International Property Awards, Mary Garbett, noted that “The International Property Awards are given for the quality of design, construction, and presentation of individual properties and property developments, interiors, architecture, and marketing noting that We congratulate ATCO Homes for emerging top in the residential unit category of the International Property Award for the African region.”

“After scrutiny by our panel of judges, Angle Blue, your real estate property has been adjudged the best in the category for impressive location and superior sustainability, design architecture, marketing, and security features,” she added.

For his part, chairman of the WQA Standards Panel, Dr. Stanley Ohenhen, also congratulated the real estate firm. He said the organizers of the awards were impressed by ATCO Homes’ prioritisation of standards, quality, and excellence in its estate design and construction works.

Speaking about the twin global recognition awards, the chief executive officer (CEO) of ATCO Homes, Bartholomew Egbochie, said: “We are excited by the recognitions by the IPA and WQA. The awards underline our commitment to helping our growing investor base achieve their aspiration of owning a home in choice areas and building real estate investment portfolios that meet various architectural designs, quality, and sustainability standards. These awards will galvanize us to do more.”

ATCO Homes’ estates are located in the hotbed for real estate investment. The firm’s estates in Lekki, Ibeju Lekki comprise Nations View Estate, Cloud View Estate, Bliss Vale Estate, The Blue Ocean Estate, The Dove Estate, Brampton Lake, Milton Estate, Oakville Garden, Blue Beryl, and Angle Blue Estate.
