Rather than merely calling them a band, Attih Soul affectionately refers to them as his team of exceptionally talented musicians.

The origins of The A Team trace back to 2018 when they were first brought together in Abuja, Nigeria, for the prestigious World Music Day Festival, hosted by the Embassy of France Nigeria and Institut Français Abuja.

The festival served as their debut performance, and to no one’s surprise, they emerged as the unequivocal winners of the competition, earning an overwhelming number of votes and heartfelt applause from the audience.

The Judges were thoroughly impressed by their outstanding performances, remarkable musicianship, and captivating audience engagement.

Among the esteemed panel of judges was “Yinka Davies,” who, during an interview, expressed her immense pride in witnessing Attih Soul’s remarkable growth since his days on Nigerian Idol.

Despite their initial success in Nigeria, fate led Attih Soul to Barcelona, Spain, where he had to rebuild The A Team with a fresh lineup of skilled musicians, as some of the original members couldn’t make the move.

However, this setback did not deter them in the slightest. The reinvigorated A Team hit the ground running, playing numerous shows across Spain and quickly earning a reputation for their electrifying performances in Cataluña and beyond.

Their musical journey has proven to be an unstoppable force, as Attih Soul and The A Team continue to charm audiences and win hearts with their exceptional talents and boundless passion for creating soulful music that transcends borders and touches the depths of the human soul.
