Joining the plethora of homes created by Audacia Properties in Lagos and beyond, the newly launched Venice Gardens along Lekki-Epe expressway is set to become the luxurious reality dreamed of by investors and intending landlords.

Described as a ‘new jewel’ by Audacia Properties CEO, Bright Sekoni, the estate is situated opposite the Pan-Atlantic University, which gives the space an already-existing prospect for development and the actualisation of the modern Lagos project.

At the launching, Sekoni confirmed that the estate will provide basic services which are contemporary for residents and it will be selling at a very affordable rate, adding that the mission of Audacia is to provide affordable and habitable homes in a luxury yet sustainable taste for investors.

“Venice Gardens provides the perfect space for expression of luxury in one’s home and networking opportunities with neighbours and visitors who are bigwigs in their varying careers, and even with the siting of industries and corporate offices of vowing businesses in proximity to the surrounding. Interestingly, it has its certificate of ownership (C of O) ownership fixed.

“While it is no gainsaying that Audacia has proven itself to be worthy of affordable real estate deals within and outside Nigeria, together with flexible payment plans, one may want to consider investing in the estate looking at the limited slot available,” Sekoni hinted.
