The Command’s Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi, disclosed this through a statement made available to journalists on Friday afternoon in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.

According to the charge sheet made available to LEADERSHIP by the PPRO, Adeniyi was also accused of “driving without a valid National Driver’s Licence”, an offence said to be contrary to Section 10, sub-section 1 of the Federal Highway Act.
