Everyone loves getting awards. Awards are tokens of honor that society bestows upon someone who does a great feat. No award is small but yes, some awards are relatively better known around the world. Here we will elaborate on an award that was founded by a Nigerian just as we did on previous publications.
Since 2017, JOM Charity has presented the JOM Charity Awards to honour those who have dedicated their lives to giving back and caring for others.

About the JOM Charity Awards
Launched in 2017, the JOM Charity Awards (JOMCA) was developed to celebrate a new generation of social change makers.
Each year, the JOM Charity pays tribute to several high-profile “seasoned humanitarians/ Contributors” who are honoured with the JOM Charity Awards.
The JOM Charity Award aims to recognize and celebrate stand-out individuals from the humanitarian aid, development community, innovations, Entrepreneurship, entertainment, etc. This award is a testament to the courage and dedication that they put into their line of work to make the world a better place.
This award is open to anyone including those who are community volunteers, or who may work for suppliers, NGOs, governments, and elsewhere.
In addition, JOMCA honours five young adults, age 30 and under, who are serving as advocates, activists, and role models in ways that are transforming communities and bringing about positive change in the world. Each of these winners is recognized for embodying one of JOM Charity’s Six Core Principles: Confidence, Conviction, Dedication, Giving, Respect.
