The member representing Bende North constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Nnamdi Ibekwe, has said the constituency had become a fast-growing investors’ haven.

Speaking to LEADERSHIP Weekend in Umuahia yesterday after interacting with some rice farmers from the constituency, he urged entrepreneurs to buy into the opportunity.

He said, “The constituency is rapidly emerging as a magnet for investors and a beacon of hope for development across multiple sectors of the economy.”

He said their coming together to form a common front was both inspiring and promising as it would go a long way to ensure a new dawn for rice farming and other aspects of agriculture development.

The legislator noted that such fronts would amplify the efforts of the government to boost the agriculture sector and lauded them for joining forces in serving as change agents within their localities.
