Boulevard Hotel Group, a leading hospitality management company, has opened its second hotel in Abuja, further solidifying its presence in Nigeria’s capital city. The Villapark Hotel, a 93-room luxury villa, brings the group’s total room count in Abuja to 176.

The group also announced the appointment of a chartered accountant and seasoned hotel financial controller, Mahdi Abdulahi,  as the chief financial officer of Boulevard Hotel Group.

In this role, Abdulahi will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and management of the group’s expanding portfolio, driving business growth and profitability.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mahdi to the team,” said the chief operating officer of Boulevard Hotel Group, Fortune Okoro. “His expertise will be instrumental in shaping our financial direction as we continue to expand across Nigeria and beyond.”

On his part, the owner of Villapark Hotel, Livinus Anigbogu, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: “We’re excited to join forces with Boulevard Hotel Group, a leader in hospitality management. We’re confident that their expertise will elevate our hotel’s standards and deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.”

The Villapark Hotel features 5 meeting rooms and 93 stunning rooms, catering to the growing demand for premium accommodations in Abuja.

Earlier this year, the group took over the management of Peregrine Hotel in Jos, North Central Nigeria.

Boulevard Hotel Group is set to further expand its presence in Southwest Nigeria with the upcoming openings of a hotel in Abeokuta and a stunning beachfront property in Lagos, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across the region.
