Brent Mortgage Bank Gets New Management

Brent Mortgage bank limited, a leading primary mortgage bank with head office in Lagos has announced the appointment of new members of it’s board and management.

Dr Oluseye Awojobi was appointed as the board chairman effective August 2023. He was the immediate past Registrar/ CEO of chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria

Adeola Simon appointed in January 2023 as the new managing Director/ chief executive was previously the Banks executive director in charge of Credit and enterprise risk management of the bank.

Adeniyi Bilesanmi was appointed as executive director,  Business Development and corporate services in June 2023

Folashade Onyla, Bola Aruna, Eniola Obe  were also appointed to the board as non executive Director in September 2022. They joined two other non executive directors,  Lanre Obisesan  and Bola Oyebamiji who had been on the board since 2016.

With the appointment coming after the successful completion of tenure of the bank’s former chairman ,MD/ CEO and three non executive directors it is expected the diverse experiences shall bring positive strides, tremendous growth and achievements to Brent Mortgage bank limited.

According to Bilesanmi, the appointment are online with CBN guideline of maximum of 12 for board of directors and to also reposition the bank for future challenges and growth.
