Buhari Consoles Shettima Over Mother-in-Law’s Demise

Former President Muhammadu Buhari has joined leaders across the country in extending his condolences to Vice President Kashim Shettima over the passing of his mother-in-law, Maryam Abubakar Albishir.

Buhari, in a statement by his media aide, Mallam Garba Shehu said the death of Hajiya Maryam, the mother of the Vice President’s wife, Hajiya Nana, was extremely sad.

He added that his thoughts and prayers were with the Vice President and his family at this challenging time.

He also prayed to Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest.
