Michael Obinna Nwabufo, popularly known as ‘Mike Premium’, has been appointed as an Ambassador for the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
The appointment was made known during a meeting with Registrar-General/CEO Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, SAN, held on Friday, April 26, 2024.
The meeting attended by esteemed guests including Tokoni Peter Igoin, Special Assistant to the President on ICT Development and Digital Innovation, marked a pivotal moment in advancing Nigerian youth interests and business formalization.
Mike Premium’s appointment underscores a strategic move by the Commission to advocate for the welfare of Nigerian youths and promote the importance of business formalization for their benefit. During the meeting, he emphasized the need for streamlined registration procedures to facilitate youth entrepreneurship.
Registrar-General Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, SAN, outlined the advantages of CAC registration, including name protection and access to government grants and loans for members of the Practitioners of Content Creators, Skit-Makers and Influencers Guild of Nigeria (PCCSIGN) and other creative Nigerian youths. He pledged support for bulk registrations at reduced rates, in line with Section 863 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, CAMA 2020.
Expressing gratitude for the endorsement, Mike Premium thanked Registrar-General Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, SAN, and the Special Assistant to the President on ICT Development and Digital Innovation.
He affirmed his commitment to advancing the Commission’s objectives for Nigerian youths and businesses.
