This, it said, was a demonstration of commitment to its policyholders and stakeholders, adding that, this significant milestone underscores the unwavering dedication of the board of directors and management to foster sustainable growth and ensure profitability while prioritising the interests of all stakeholders.

The company’s proactive approach to claims settlement, it stressed, is a testament to its operational efficiency and customer-centric ethos as the organisation has consistently prioritised claims settlement, recognising it as a critical component of customer satisfaction and trust.

Speaking on plans for the future, the managing director and chief executive officer, Mr. Mathew Ogwezhi, stated that, as part of the company’s strategic roadmap, the firm is investing in advanced technologies to automate and digitise its claims management system.

This initiative, he said, includes facilitating seamless integration of data, real-time tracking of claims status, and enhanced communication with policyholders, while emphasising that the goal is to transit to a fully automated claims settlement process.

Capital Express Assurance Limited, he said, is a proud member of the Capital Express Insurance Group, which includes Capital Express Indemnity Insurance Limited as both companies are subsidiaries of Capital Express Holding Limited, established in June 1990.

“Capital Express Assurance Limited remains committed to maintaining transparency and open communication with all stakeholders. Our success is intrinsically linked to the trust and confidence placed in us by our policyholders, partners, and the broader community. As such, we will continue to provide regular updates on our progress and milestones, ensuring that our stakeholders are well-informed about our initiatives and achievements,” he pointed out.
