The president and chairman of CIPM, Mallam Ahmed Ladan Gobir who disclosed this to newsmen in Lagos, said the initiative, which was launched on Monday, was to enhance the global recognition and competitiveness of Nigerian human resource professionals, providing CIPM members with access to international standards and opportunities within the global HR community.

He expressed enthusiasm on the launch, stating: “The collaboration between CIPM and CIPD opens new doors for our members, granting them access to global best practices and an international network of HR professionals. We are proud to take this step, as it aligns with our vision of promoting excellence in people management and making CIPM the professional institute of choice.”
