In the same vein, the Chairman of Plateau State Youth Council (PYC), Panan Dapar, in his remarks, called on the newly inaugurated district executives to ensure that the core value of PYC is maintained at the grassroots.

Earlier, in a keynote address, the former Commissioner in Plateau State, Prof Paul Wayi, insisted that all tribes of the local government must be united for development to thrive.
