Saudi Arabian soccer giants Al Nassr has reportedly signed Cristiano Ronaldo’s son, Ronaldo Jr, to a youth contract with the club and will assign him jersey number 7.

Cristiano made his move to the Middle Eastern outfit last season, signing a massive $500 million-plus deal. It seems that the club is looking to secure the future generation and skill from the ever-famous household with their decision to rope in Ronaldo Jr.

Earlier this year, the soccer veteran’s son had left the Manchester United Academy after his father left the club.

He had reportedly joined the Mahd Academy in Saudi Arabia and has now joined his father’s current employers.

This could be an enormous opportunity for the 13-year-old, who is said to be interested in following his father’s footsteps. He already has a lot of experience, as he’s trained with the youth teams at Juventus and Manchester United.

In a recent interview, when the star was asked if he wants his son to become his successor, the Portuguese star briskly put an end to the speculations.

“Will my son be my successor? Let him enjoy his life. He will become what he wants,” Cristiano Ronaldo concluded.
