Crystal Finance Company has marked its 10th anniversary with an event in Lagos to celebrate staff members and clients who have contributed to the firm’s growth since its inception.

The anniversary event, held on Friday, January 30, at The Anthonia Hall, Civic Centre, brought together customers, partners, and employees of the financial institution, which provides credit, funds management, and financial advisory services.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of Crystal Finance, Uyi Oronsaye, said the company’s growth over the past decade has been driven by professionalism, transparency, and reliable service delivery. He noted that the milestone provided an opportunity to recognise the commitment of management, staff, and foundational clients who have supported the company through various challenges.

Oronsaye said the company remains committed to strong governance and sound judgment as the finance industry continues to evolve, adding that preserving stakeholder trust would remain a priority in the years ahead.

The managing director of Crystal Finance, Imhoudu Mamudu, described the company’s journey as one defined by discipline, learning, and responsibility. He said the firm adopted a cautious growth strategy at inception, prioritising governance, risk management, and staff training over rapid expansion to ensure sustainability.

Mamudu highlighted the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives focused on education and environmental sustainability. According to him, Crystal Finance has supported schools through donations of learning materials, classroom refurbishment, scholarships, and financial support for indigent students.
