Dangiwa who gave the charge while inaugurating the 14th Council of ARCON in Abuja also said the council members should be alive to the expectations of the architecture profession as well as the trust bestowed on them by being ready to contribute meaningfully to policies that would promote, enshrine standards and quality in the housing sector.

The minister also urged the members to ensure that there is peace in the house of architecture in Nigeria and reiterated that without a peaceful environment there can never be meaningful progress. He emphasised that as revered professionals Nigerian architects must demonstrate unity and be organised.
